The HTD Difference

Thoughtfully designed by scientists the HTD system delivers precision and accuracy as well as a cost effective, scalable solution. The versatility of the 100% virgin Teflon block design accommodates a range of membrane pore sizes to meet all your high, medium, and low protein binding compound experiments.

Industry Leading Precision/Accuracy

For test compounds with high protein binding or high potential for non-specific binding.

100% virgin Teflon block results in very low non-specific binding for proteins and test compounds.

Cost effective, reusable, eco-friendly format having a consumable cost 10X less than competing products.

Rapidly reaches equilibrium

The HTDialysis system has a high membrane surface area to sample volume ratio along with low non-specific binding allowing for many compounds reach equilibrium in as little as 4 hours. We recommend a simple kinetic experiment with compound spiked into buffer and dialyzed against buffer to evaluate the equilibrium time required prior to initiating any binding experiments.

Automation compatible

The HTD system has a standard SBS 96-well base and is compatible with most robotic systems.

Lower sample volume requirements. The HTD system uses 25-150uL of sample on each side of the dialysis membrane. Competing systems often suggest adding 300uL to the sample side and 500uL to the buffer side significantly increasing cost associated with plasma/serum/tissue and compound requirements. Furthermore, higher volumes on the buffer side of competing products reduce assay sensitivity.
